According to the Omani Commercial Law, any company that wants to start commercial activities in the Sultanate of Oman has the ability to do so in three main ways:
1. Establish a 100% foreign owned company (capital of 500,000 Omani Riyals – approximately 1 million Euro).
2. Establish a new company in partnership with an Omani company, who will own a minimum 30% shares of the newly formed company (starting capital of 150,000 Omani Riyals – approximately 300,000 Euro).
3. Appoint an Agent (capital of 500 Omani Riyals – approximately 1,000 Euro).
